Wind-Down Wednesdays


Attention All Yoga Lovers!


Mrs. Daniella Ross is hosting Wind-Down Wednesdays at a local Wildomar park every Wednesday of April!


Daniella explains these relaxing and reformative yoga classes as :

A gentle blend of yoga flow, breath, and myofascial release-

designed to calm the body and restore the mind. This practice invites you to slow down, move with intention, and reconnect with yourself while surrounded by nature. 


Daniella Ross is a certified yoga a pilates instructor, with experience in providing and guiding gentle myofascial release. She currently teaches at Core Movement, a Murrieta-based hot yoga and pilates studio (also including cycle and strength training), as well as Summer's Bend community.


Her teaching style ranges from intense and powerful, to peaceful and empowering. Her transition from hot yoga sculpt into guided meditative yoga is astounding. If you want your butt kicked or an amazing, elaixng end to your evening- go to Daniella!


Her newest added class is Wind-Down Wednesdays- and I had the honor of taking the first class at a local park! I was relaxed while intrigued, grounded and focused, and I left with myofascial release tips I still continue to use! The park and class was intimate, and engagement with fellow community members in the class was a great way to end my remote work-day!
